Job Duties would include:
Garage Door Sales and Service company looking to fill job opening in Miami
Previous Customer Service experience preferred
Job duties include answering all incoming office calls , customer interaction, scheduling service appointments, dispatching service calls to service technicians, data entry, and other general office duties.
· Bilingual – Spanish
· Positive Attitude
-Will be responsible for data entry, filing and scanning documents. Will be the first contact with customers and need to be friendly and outgoing.
-Ability to multitask, ability to be productive independently, basic knowledge of Word, Excel Quick books and Outlook.
– Employee has to go thru criminal Background check
Hours: M – F / 8:00-4:30
