Office Manager for Springfield, IL Branch Office
Superior Home Products, a St. Louis based manufacturer / distributor of cultured marble bath products, custom mirrors, shower enclosures & closet shelving for 35+ years, is seeking a FT, motivated, independent, and energetic Office Manager for our Springfield, IL Branch Office. The position is responsible for overall office administration, coordination and integration of day to day activities for the Springfield Sales & Installation office.
Responsibilities Include: Answering and directing calls and information, provide information/assistance to Showroom customers and other callers, clerical support, assisting with customer service inquiries, process orders, installation scheduling and various other tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Energetic and Customer oriented
Professional Telephone & Customer Service skills
Job / Installation Scheduling
Ability to read blueprints and do takeoffs is preferred, but not required
Well versed in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Very organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
1+ years related experience
Competitive Compensation based on Skills / Experience
$17-18++ to start based on Skills / Experience
