Small real estate company in Hyde Park is looking for an office manager with excellent customer service skills. Must be extremely detail oriented, keep track of files and keys, great communication skills, familiarity with computers/printers, office technology, and have a great attitude. Job description: keep office open M-F 9-5 , answer phones, interact with customers, create brochures, edit photos, print, file, data entry, electronic record maintenance, scheduling, occasionally run errands such as copying keys. Creative ability/ familiarity with Photoshop, adobe illustrator, Appfolio would be a major plus. Interest in and experience with social media marketing would be great. Having your own car would be an advantage as well.
