Description

Small Software company seeking motivated and energetic Office/Sales assistant.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Answering phones
Answering emails
Maintain a CRM/Contact management database with all customer information
Light bookkeeping / training would be provided
Correct English in company manuals and newsletters
Order and maintain office supplies
Process orders and invoices for customers
Call customers to confirm quotes have been received

This is a starting position with room to grow. The more you learn the more you will make.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills with incredibly strong attention to detail
Office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is a must; generally computer savvy
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A persuasive personality
Outgoing personality and comfort in dealing with unknown situations and encounters
Willingness to ask for what you need to get the job done from both inside the company and out
