We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our greater marketing team. You will contribute to a full range of marketing channels including Paid Search, Affiliates, Social, Display, Video, Mobile, and traditional media channels. In this role, you will collaborate with UrbanStems’ Brand Marketing and Ecommerce teams to increase customer acquisition, top line revenue, and customer retention. You will oversee the marketing technology stack and make key decisions on what attribution methods to leverage and any data partners to bring in. This is a brand new position we’ve created, and we’d love for you to grow with us!


Oversee and optimize key paid media marketing channels to increase conversions and drive incremental revenue
Develop and implement omni-channel audience marketing strategies in conjunction with brand marketing and ecommerce teams
Lead daily revenue meetings to ensure the weekly forecast is met
Work directly with our branding and creative teams to create and launch creative assets
Manage and allocate yearly media budget while hitting revenue and CPA targets
Participate in weekly forecasting discussions to maximize growth and forecast channel performance monthly and for major holidays based on historical data
Act as main point of contact for key agency partners
Implement strategies to grow and improve both topline and bottomline revenue targets
Develop testing plans for new and existing media channels
Own and oversee marketing technology stack; responsible for cross team collaboration to ensure all stakeholders’ needs are taken into account

5-7 years professional experience in digital marketing and paid media (buying), with extensive experience in the following: Paid Search (Google/Bing), Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter), and Connected TV
Highly proficient in Excel, with Google Adwords/Analytics certification preferred
Must be a data-driven self starter with strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and quickly adapt in an evolving environment
