Hiring Painters and Cleaners for upcoming Turn.

Painters will need to provide their own supplies, Brushes, Rollers, Screen, tools for removing nails and screws.

Paint project consists of repainting walls and trim with existing color and sheen of paint.

:SCOPE OF WORK

○ Prep the work area
■ Dust walls, baseboards, doors
■ Place drop cloths where needed
■ Cover sprinkler heads
■ Move furniture away from areas that need to be painted and replace it in its original location upon
completion
■ Secure and protect all switch plates, plug plates, doorknobs, striker plates, and other hardware
■ Remove nails, screws, command strips and other fasteners from wall and fill with spackle
○ Touch up walls, baseboards, doors, & trim (including interior side of exit doors)
○ Paint stains, scuff marks, scratches
○ Paint drywall repair patches

CLEANERS

Cleaners needed for large project. Scope of work includes cleaning vacant areas of partially occupied apartments and complete cleans of fully vacant apartments. This is a high volume short term project. Pay is per unit/area. All supplies and training provided.

Candidate must have the following:

1. Ability to work independently as well as with others
2. Follow written and oral directions
3. A functioning cell phone. Some cell communications will be required.
4. Keep accurate records of work performed.
5. Be prompt, work quickly and accurately.
