Part-time/Full-time servers needed immediately for a busy and popular Hell’s Kitchen Japanese ramen restaurant. Friendly personality and great customer service is a MUST.

We currently have than 6-7 outdoor dining tables and doing lot of delivery/takeout business. Will have at least 10-12 more indoor tables when Phase 3 is reopened. Candidates with immediate availability and flexible hours will receive priority consideration.

Base salary + tips, break time and free meal provided. Advancement opportunity and potential bonus/reward.

Available Shifts:
• Day: 10:30 am – 5 pm
• Evening: 5 pm – 10 pm (or 11 pm)
• Full Day: 10:30 am – 10 pm (or 11 pm)

Basic requirements:
• Thorough knowledge of ramen and key food ingredients and taste profile
• Knowledge and experience with POS/credit card processing system
• Some experience with online ordering platforms like GrubHub, Uber Eats (we currently using 7 platforms)
• Speak/read/write English well, Japanese/English speaker is a big Plus
• At least 1 year of restaurant server experience
• Ability to handle high-pace environment in a calm efficient matter
• Must have proper hygiene and professional appearance and mannerism
• Must follow all CDC and Dept. of Health COVID-19 prevention and food safety guidelines such as wearing face masks, gloves, cleaning hands and common areas frequently with disinfectant and hand sanitizer
• Ability to lift some heavy items like tables/chairs from indoor to sidewalk and street dining areas
• Some bubble tea and cocktail drinks making experience are desired

Responsibilities included but not limited to the following:
• Taking and processing phone and online delivery/takeout orders
• Waiting tables (with clean up duties) and serving customers
• Entering, modifying, settling customer orders via POS system
• Handling cash and credit card payments
• Sweeping and cleaning indoor/outdoor dining areas
• Opening/closing the restaurant
