Datalot is building some of the most innovative advertising technology for the insurance industry and using our expertise in media and data technology to turn mobile and web traffic into pre-screened live calls.

We generate a mix of inbound and outbound calls, and through our revolutionary cloud-based software platform, we automate the web-to-phone process. Our representative’s field these calls to verify consumer’s information and then connect them directly with our clients.

THERE IS NO COLD CALLING! WORK REMOTELY from the safety and comfort of your own HOME, while earning a strong base hourly rate. Plus, earn commissions for EVERY SALE that is generated by the Insurance agent you transfer to!

**Although this is a part-time position, a commitment of 28 hours per week is required.

What you will be working on:
-Field both outbound and inbound customer phone calls from interested prospects
-Pre-qualify them for insurance over the telephone, including
-Verify some basic information and briefly explaining the process as needed
-Answer or address any brief questions or concerns
-Transfer customers to the appropriate accredited Insurance representative to complete the sale

What we’re looking for:
-Individuals who live and work in the state of Florida; preferably with 60 miles of Boca Raton
-Previous experience in a sales-driven or customer service role
-Basic computer skills, and the ability to read computer-generated scripts
-Ability to follow our established processes and apply the coaching you will receive
-Customer service skillset — strong and effective communication skills; professional and friendly demeanor
-Individuals who are positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow!

What we offer:
-Competitive Base Hourly Rate, plus
-Commissions on each qualifying call transfer!

-Recent model computer/laptop equipped with an internet connection of 20/mbps or higher
-Must be able to work in a quiet, private place in your home or personal office that is free of background noise or distraction
