Successful and State Licensed Homemaker and Companion Agency( Corporation) is interviewing for a job as OFFICE CLERK position. This is a part time position for right now, but may change to full-time position as the volume of work increases.
Our office hours are from Mo.- Fri. 8 AM- 5 PM closed on weekends and Fed. holidays.
We are Small Business Company that is growing and we would like to consider for this position a Candidate with a Business Oriented Mentality, who understands that Office Employee’s Attitude and Commitment to our services is a Vital Factor in the growth and prosperity of our Company.
We prefer a Candidate who has some experience in Home Health Office Administration, a Candidate with strong work ethics.
It is expected a nice voice on the phone that shows confidence, respect and good manner to the person on the other line. The Prospective Candidate understands that Verbal Communication is the key to success in our business, the Candidate has no problem to answer to the incoming phone calls, or make phone calls as often as needed to resolve any tasks or issues that may arise.. Time and Attendance plays an important role.
Requirements: The Candidate has to have Reliable Communication, Reliable Transportation (its own car) and be able to pass background check II AHCA- and reside in DUVAL COUNTY.
