We are an award winning restaurant that needs to add another member to our family. Our commitment to the community in providing a safe environment for them to enjoy and knowing life is good in our neighborhood is resulting in our continued growth. Courtesy, communication, and commitment are essential in our work together and with our guests. We need to add another member to the dining room team.

This part-time position is primarily as a server. Our continuity and comradery takes root in understanding everyone is equally important to our success. We keep our family the right size to ensure opportunities for hours and income for all through training and utilizing multiple skill sets accordingly. Other dining room roles will include hosting, food running and window expo. Daily responsibilities of cleaning, setting up and closing are shared by all. Compensation is $10/hr base for everyone and a portion of tip pool that is shared throughout the entire house based upon service role. Average total compensation is not limited to, but generally ranges from $14 to $18 per hour in this position.

Our style of service is warm and enthusiastic. Our food menu is small but diverse with classic foundations having new world touches, and produced to order from a predominately scratch kitchen. Tasty beverages include a full bar featuring classic cocktails, a generous selection of international wines by the glass, and independent breweries. Experience and passion for all these elements is required to apply, as are references, positive attitude, timeliness, working phone, and a desire to be part of a unique family of service to others.
