We are offering a $250 sign on bonus for eligible newly hired Pastry Cooks!

A Pastry Cook/ Baker is responsible for the daily production and distribution of all pastries, desserts and breads for all food and beverage concepts including L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Le Jardinier, and Frohzen.

Frohzen is an innovative ice cream shop created by Michelin starred Chef Salvatore Martone and offering unique treats including the signature ice cream cupcakes, macaron ice cream sandwiches, and cakesicles in the heart of the Miami Design District. A native of Naples, Italy, Chef Martone has garnered numerous accolades over the course of his career. He received a James Beard Award nomination for Best Pastry Chef in 2015, was named one of the Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America by Dessert Professional in 2015, and won the 3rd Annual StarChefs.com International Pastry Competition in 2012. Chef Martone brings all of this energy to the dessert menus of the “vegetable-driven” Le Jardinier and trailblazing L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.
