Description

We are a growing dental practice that is seeking a full time patient care coordinator. We are looking for someone who is a team player, dependable, enthusiastic, and efficient.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Providing excellent customer service
-Patient check in and out
-Scheduling and confirming appointments
-Sending claims to insurance, creating pre authorizations, appealing insurance denials, answering patient questions
-Reviewing patient treatment plans in detail/reviewing patient out of pocket estimates
-Discussing financials and taking payments
-Scanning documents/sending referrals/making copies

*Experience preferred but not necessary
