Are you an awesome instructor with loads of energy and a true passion for fitness?

ReCharged Fitness is seeking certified personal trainers/Group Fitness Instructors who can deliver a one-of-a-kind group work-out experience.

Instructors will be responsible for delivering technology tracked workouts to a group of up to 24 members per session. On top of the group training, our trainers will have the opportunity to have multiple personal training clients that they meet with weekly and monthly for progress reports and assessments.

Other job requirements may include:

– A strong passion for fitness and determination to help others reach their potential
– Creating workouts in advance of the class/session to best serve the client
– Perform all aspects of position held in a professional manner
– Follow established policies and procedures of the company
– Maintain personal training and group class certifications
– Maintain a positive social media connection to the company
– Membership Account Management
– General care of the fitness facility including cleaning
– Other duties as needed

Qualifications

– Minimum of two years of personal training or group coaching experience
– Currently hold industry certification in Personal Training or Group Exercise – preferably NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ACE or ACSM
– Strong communication skills and ‘presence’ in a fitness setting
– Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals
– Experience teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability
– Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up software quickly

Physical Requirements:

– Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday
– Candidates must have the ability to demonstrate all exercises in a workout routine with ‘good form’
– The physical requirements of this job require frequent walking around and demonstrating and assisting with exercise movements; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling and squatting are movements performed daily

Job Type: Contracted

Salary: $15.00 to $35.00 /hour. We currently have 10-15 hours of fitness classes to give as a base – which can increase.
