Very busy Pest Control Company in Spring hill has a full time position open for an Office Assistant / Scheduler. Experience in scheduling service appointments is required. This position requires ability to multi-task. Must be familiar with all daily office duties and have excellent organizational skills. Applicant must able to speak with customers over the phone in a professional manner with excellent customer service skills. Additional duties include monitoring accounts receivable, and collecting on past due accounts. Fast paced environment must be a self starter , have a great work ethic and be a quick learner. Pay based on experience.
