Position Description:
Seeking energetic and personable administrative assistant to respond to emails, take incoming calls,and manage an array of tasks for an established business brokerage. This position is ideal for applicants with former call center experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails and triage emails to staff

Take incoming calls from customers, answer questions and provide information about our business listings

Correspond professionally with customers via an online chat program

Perform administrative support tasks and general office duties

Capabilities:
Able to work autonomously with minimal direction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Must have a flexible and adaptive approach to work

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience

Positive and upbeat phone presence

Committed to providing a high level of professional customer service

Ability to use a computer (e.g.) Word, PDF, Excel, Email, etc. Accuracy is key.

Compensation:

W-2 Employee

$12.00 per hour

Schedule/Hours/Location:

Full Time

Monday-Friday 9:00 to 5.00
Saturday and Sunday Off

6 Paid Holiday Off

Lutz, Florida near Suncoast Parkway
