BERTA’S SEEKING PIZZA COOKS!

Roberta’s is looking for talented pizza cooks for our Brooklyn location. Long known and loved for its wood fired oven Neapolitan style pizza and inventive market driven menu, Roberta’s continues to seek talented and passionate pizza cooks to join our family on the east coast.

In addition to our outdoor restaurant and take-out/delivery shop we have a very active mobile pizza operation as well as a frozen pizza production facility.

Ideal Candidates:

– Experience making Neapolitan style pizzas

– Hand stretch pizza dough

– Master pizza production in a hand crafted pizza oven

– Work a busy service smoothly

– Willing and able to travel locally upstate, Long Island and around Brooklyn for our various mobile pizza pop ups.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Applicants should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience

– Highly organized, detail oriented and punctual

– Great attitude, respectful and a team player.
