Description

We are seeking a part time pool busser / cocktail waitress to join our team!

We are a pool side restaurant, located in a luxury residential building in the South of Fifth Neighborhood in South Beach.

Set up restaurant & work stations, stock and maintain work areas.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you procedures.
Assist in the kitchen with cleaning dishes and restock plates.
Ensure the pool area and restaurant are in pristine conditions at the beginning, during and end of your shift.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.

Anticipate guest needs with a friendly and professional demeanor. Remain attentive to guests’ needs, at the restaurant and pool area. Work directly with the server & Chef in all aspects of the operation to ensure smooth service. Including but not limited to, re stocking, running food, bussing tables.

Schedules may fluctuate to accommodate business demands, and there will be 1 early evening shift per month.
Carry out all reasonable requests by the leadership team.
Comply with company uniform and appearance standards.

Must have weekend & holiday availability. (Closed Christmas Day) Shifts will be predominately Daytime shifts. Schedule will be mostly part time, however for holiday weeks and once the season begins, there will be more shifts available for a full time schedule if desired.

$10 / hr + tips
