HIRING NOW! Looking for a dedicated, honest, and hard working bartender/server for our pool bar located inside a gated community.

This job includes (but not limited to) serving drinks and food inside the bar as well as outside by the pool area. Excellent customer service is a must, resident satisfaction is key. Daily cleaning and prep work is required.

Our busy season is approaching, so looking to hire ASAP. Must be willing to follow orders, multi-task, and not buckle under pressure!

We are a small family business and selective on who we hire to join our “family”. All we ask is loyalty, honesty & hunger to have fun while making money.

We have a Strong local following. Will train on how to mix drinks. We have several pool parties, block parties & community events.

Qualifications:

Previous in experience in restaurant FOH
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well alone or in a team
Ability to take initiative- and work with minimal supervision

Full-time/ Part-time available
