Do you have a passion for motorcycles, ATV’s, SxS’s, Spyders and personal watercraft?

Do you have an interest or background in mechanics?

If so, Central Florida Powersports wants to talk to you. We are looking for a full-time Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer service to our growing customer base. Come join a leader in the Powersports industry. Experience is required. Candidates must be friendly, hardworking, enthusiastic, and be available Monday through Saturday. Bilingual is not required but is a plus. Lightspeed experience is a PLUS! Pay depends on experience. Come start a growing career in a fun environment.

Some duties include but not limited to:

Ascertain automotive problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.

Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.

Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles.

Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into the service database system.

Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer’s approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation.
