Currently, we are seeking full-time Prep & Line Cook Position to join our team. Since we are an open kitchen, all of our team members face our guests. We highly value those who are professional, friendly, and organized.

Requirements:

– Excellent knife handling and attention to detail

– Knowledge of food safety and sanitation

– Flexible schedule with availability on early mornings, weekends, and holidays

– Ability to work effectively in a team environment

– Motivated, excellent work ethic, and eagerness to learn and develop

– Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Description:

– Wash/clean/cut/chop ingredients for designated dishes

– Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

– Maintain inventory and replenishment; perform daily tasks without constant supervision

– Excellent knowledge of basic kitchen equipment

– Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

– Ability to stand for an extended period of time

Preference: Food Handler’s Certification
