Qualified Line and Sushi Cooks will have:
Familiar with Japanese cuisine along with classic cooking styles & preparations
1-2 years experience making sushi, nigiri, sashimi, etc.(for Sushi chefs)
Works well under pressure and with multiple menu items in a high volume restaurant
1+Experience working a wok and tempura station is a plus
Experience in a Japanese restaurant highly desired

Qualified Prep Cooks will have:
A minimum of 1 year experience as a prep/pantry cook working in a well-rated restaurant
Strong knife skills with ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively.
Knowledable about knife cuts along with whole meat, fish and vegetable break down.
Eagerness to learn and grow
Ability to work cleanly and efficiently
