Established Commercial landscape contractor is looking for a Project Coordinator/Estimator Assistant to support current staff with our construction projects. The Project Coordinator/Estimator Assistant will support the landscape construction department with a multi faceted role which consists of bid scheduling, take offs, estimating, maintain current and accurate pricing, sourcing materials, printing and organizing blueprints, and future project forecasting. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in landscape construction or residential building construction including working knowledge of site, grading, and landscaping plans which includes contour grades, Bio retention and wet detention ponds, pavers, retaining walls, irrigation, sodding, seeding, and planting.

Additional Requirements:

3 years of experience in landscape construction or residential building
Bachelor or Associate degree preferred or combination of education and experience

Driven self-starter
Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity

Excellent time management and scheduling ability
Excellent construction math and English writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook and Word
Professional demeanor and appearance
Spanish speaking skills a plus
