Upscale day spa in Pinecrest, Florida, near The Falls Shopping Center.

Immediate opening for a RECEPTIONIST with concierge duties.

Job Summary

Respond promptly to requests from guests.

Attend to guest requests and set up treatment rooms in advance of appointments. Post-treatment, remove soiled linens and trash and set up room for next service.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or treatment rooms. Contact managers directly for urgent repairs.

Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.

Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.

Support team to reach common goals.

Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Move through narrow or confined spaces.

Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance and in excess of 20 pounds with assistance.

Ability to push and pull a loaded liquid Nitrogen tank and other work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces.

Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period or high frequency across an entire work shift.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Light housekeeping duties such as:
Cleaning toilets, sinks, floors.
Emptying trash.
Washing and folding laundry.
Dusting.
Cleaning window sills.
Washing, drying and putting away dishes.
Cleaning the refrigerator.
Cleaning trash receptacles.
Sweeping and washing floors.

Concierge duties such as:
Answer phones and book appointments in scheduling software.

Greet guests and offer beverages, etc…
Making coffee and tea.
Other duties as assigned.

The position is for 40 hours:
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
You will receive a 1/2-hour unpaid lunch break each shift, plus 2 paid breaks.

You must have a flexible schedule and you must be available to work EVERY Saturday.

DO NOT EXPECT TO REQUEST TIME OFF UNTIL YOU HAVE WORKED 6 MONTHS.

Wage $15.00 per hour.
