McGrath Lexus of Westmont provides Luxury Brand Vehicles and Exemplary Service to our customers in a beautiful facility with an onsite cafe. We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Receptionists / Cashiers to answer multiple telephone phone lines and receive payments from customers.

One year of receptionist / answering phones experience and customer service experience is required. Rate of pay and detailed hours will be discussed during the interview. Duties and Responsibilities – Receptionist / Cashier:

Ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner and transferred accurately to the appropriate destination.
Welcome incoming guests, initiate positive visits, and direct them to their requested employee and/or department.
Effectively communicate with and perform all job duties requested by management.
Demand the highest ethical standards from yourself and others
Deliver the maximum level of customer service to achieve high customer service satisfaction standards.
Accurately file RO’s, feedbacks, etc. to maintain an accurate record keeping process to ensure quick data retrieval.
Set an example of a good attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
Report to work on time and maintain a reliable work schedule that fosters a dependable environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications – Receptionist / Cashier:

High school diploma or the equivalent.
One year of receptionist / answering phones experience and customer service experience.
Open availability – must be able to work Saturdays.
Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
Professional communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Outgoing with a good attitude.
Professional and eager to work.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to provide a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
