Welcome ! We are now seeking Branch Managers – Front Desk Receptionist Customer Service Representatives for our Astoria & Wall Street Grand Opening!

We are now ready to extend our team ! We are interested in interviewing individuals with impeccable service and attention. No experience is required for any of the open positions. Someone will be responsible for training all new employees.

The position will require for you to work Monday – Friday from 11AM – 5PM.

We are searching for individuals with great personalities and enthusiastic energy levels to help welcome our customers by give them the best experience during their stay.

THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY: BACK OFFICE
You will be responsible for working directly with Celebrity Promoters, Bartenders , Bottlegirls, Make – up Artist, Celebrity Promoters, DJ’s, Bar Owners etc.
Your job will require for you to organize all the needs necessary for social night life events. The bars and tables are positioned for all in- house mixologist and servers to make remarkable tips on the job, you will be responsible for bookings etc.

Here are our requirements:
-Friendly, engaging and outgoing.
-Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with all team members.
-Must be able to work scheduled shifts consistently with out calling out for the first 45 days.
-If you are interested in making a decent amount of tips to go home with, we suggest applicants to apply for weekends and holidays.
-Candidates MUST be professional and service orientated.

Education and Experience
A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) will not be required to apply but it is a documentation that is always preferred. Previous experience is also something that is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Language Skills
The ability to: listen, read, write, and speak, both clearly, and effectively ensures that the lines of communication are open between the employees and guests at the hotel; and is absolutely essential. Customer service is our priority, so it is imperative that all associates communicate to the best of their ability.

Mathematical Skills
The ability to perform basic mathematical functions: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals to balance bank and daily receipts and of course the ability to check guests for proper identification if one desires to consume alcohol.
