Jax City Cars LLC is looking to hire a reliable receptionist fluent in Spanish.
We are a used car dealership located on Blanding Blvd. looking to hire a full time receptionist No prior experience is required, but is preferred. Ability to speak Spanish fluently and a valid US driver’s License is required.

The responsibilities include but not limited to

~ Answering and directing incoming calls responding to voicemails and emails
~ Sales: Show the cars to customers and answer their questions.
~ Bookkeeping
~ Take pictures of the cars and put them for sale online ( on webs where we advertise our vehicles such as craigslist and Facebook)
~ Order office supplies and maintain inventory
~File and Process paper work

Required skills and abilities include but are not limited to:

~Attention to detail
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
~ Willingness to follow orders as directed
~ Good time management

Required qualification:
~ Have a valid driver’s License
~Fluent in speak Spanish
