Automotive Receptionist
Part-Time, $9.50/Hour

Courtesy Ford of Atlanta, located in Conyers, needs to hire two Part-Time Receptionists to greet visitors, answer calls in a courteous, professional manner, and perform clerical duties such as filing and running office errands. Experience is required.

Responsibilities – Receptionist:

Greet and assist visitors with a smile and helpful, professional demeanor
Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner
Screen and forward incoming calls, take and relay messages
Perform clerical duties such as filing and running office errands
Perform other duties as needed

Requirements – Receptionist:

Receptionist experience is required
Must be dependable!
Multi-line phone system experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
Able to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
