Scheduler:
Project Details: calling medical and provider offices and scheduling an appointment to begin the retrieval of patient medical charts. Any Healthcare experience is nice to have.

• Actual call center experience
o 50+-100 calls daily (both inbound and outbound (script experience is a plus)
High volume, fast paced environment
• Excellent customer service, professional written and oral communication
• Dual monitor experience
• Multiple systems experience
• Experience scheduling appointments
• Basic excel experience (must know how to write formulas, and manipulate data)
• Pay: 13 hour
• 100% remote
• Contract through May (5 month project)
• START: January 4th or another class in January (first come first serve)
