Texas Collision Resource Center is a fast pace, customer-centric company that is seeking 4 more dynamic, motivated individuals to join our Outbound/Inbound Call Center Sales Team. This role is both the front line and foundation for creating and on-boarding new customers for our clients. We firmly believe in offering empathy and great care to our customers.

Job Description.
• Outbound Calls to Qualified Warm Leads to assist with customer’s needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our service and speak with customers about their most relevant needs
• Updating with accuracy account information of all customers and prospects
• Meeting key performance metrics such as sales, productivity and quality requirements
• Demonstrates the ability to make the “Human Connection” and empathize with the customers
•Remote Work From Until There is a downturn in Covid-19.

We Offer $15 Hourly PLUS Commission
