As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. We want to consistently deliver personalized and satisfying interactions that furthers customers trust in our California Psychics brand.

This role is fully remote, and candidates must work virtually from one of the following states: Florida, Nevada, or Texas.

Our next training class begins on February 25th, 2022.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over all our channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Become an expert on our products, supporting our customers to connect with advisors to find the answers and guidance they are seeking.
Assist customers to create and maintain existing accounts
Be an advocate for our customers and proactive in finding solutions to any issues that may arise

What You’ll Need:

Knowledge and/or interest in spiritual/new age, metaphysical and/or psychic arts
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service and/or an up-selling environment
Typing speed: 45 wpm
High-speed internet connection required
Quiet space to work at home
High school diploma or its equivalent

What You Get:

All customer service representatives receive a starting pay of $18.00 per hour, which includes 3 weeks of paid training.
