Qualifications:
3 years or more managing in the restaurant industry.
Capability in hiring and managing employees across a wide open time (11am-2am).
Excellent communication and drive to ensure the restaurant is kept in top condition.
Awareness of the condition of equipment in and around the area.
Able to understand inventory management with technology provided.
Cooperation skills with another assistant manager
