Peruvian restaurant in Hollywood is looking for experienced staff to join our team. Candidates must be able to work night, weekends and holidays; Part time and full time positions available.
PROFESSIONAL WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Professional Servers- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining, high volume. Must be able to lift at least 30 lb. Bi-lingual is a plus. Experience in wine and fine food a plus.
Food runners
Experienced Bartenders — Minimum 1 years experience. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Mixology experience a plus. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Bussers — Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Hot Cooks: (Rotisserie chicken experts, sautéed, wok, fryer, hot prep, grill) — Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Dishwashers — Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
