We are gearing up for a record year and currently seeking a highly motivated, aggressive, take-charge, industry leading Retail Clothing Store Manager.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all front-line staff.
•Manage the execution of current sales process to deliver a premium customer experience
•Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle all customer interaction with an award winning smile and a positive attitude.
•Be able to interpret reporting and manage department by the numbers.
•Lead daily meetings with front line staff to review individual and department goals.
•Maintain inventory turns at industry benchmarks.
•Mark down strategy to keep OBS at industry benchmarks.
•Orders of $1M+ of inventory annually.
•Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual sales goals and cost control.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
•Proven leadership skills and ability to develop a team.
•Prior management experience in retail apparel/clothing.
•Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales associates.
•Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
•Knowledge and/or passion for Harley-Davidson merchandise and other products sold by dealership.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule including Holidays,weekends and evenings.
•Have track record of sales performance.

Motown Harley-Davidson (Taylor, Michigan), Alligator Alley Harley-Davidson (Sunrise, Florida), and Manchester Harley-Davidson (Manchester, New Hampshire).
Michael Veracka now owns Rawhide Harley-Davidson (Olathe, Kansas), Avalanche Harley-Davidson (Golden, Colorado), Riverside Harley-Davidson (Riverside, California), Huntington Beach Harley-Davidson (Westminster, California), Jet City Harley-Davidson (Renton, Washington), and Desert Wind Harley-Davidson (Mesa, Arizona).
With the split, Paul and Michael have the two fastest growing Harley-Davidson dealer groups in the country and both anticipate acquiring multiple stores each in the coming years, allowing growth from within the companies. Over the years, their dealerships have accumulated numerous sales awards and dozens of Bar & Shield awards from Harley-Davidson along with having the #1 volume Harley-Davidson dealership for 3 years with 2 different stores, Power 50 and Best in Class Best Place to Work awards by Powersports Business.
