Steady work history, and restaurant experience in a high volume, full service location desired!

Open availability and full time schedule preferred.

Previous corporate experience preferred.

Tequila knowledge a plus!

The Maître d’ is a key figure in the restaurant. He/She are responsible for ensuring that guests have the best possible experience. As such we require a thorough knowledge of dining etiquette, required service points and protocol, strong managerial and interpersonal skills, and a deep familiarity with the food service industry. This individual has a wide range of responsibilities, including, handling reservations, ensuring immaculate customer service, welcoming and greeting customers, and coordinating the work of the waiting staff.
