iLink Professionals Inc./DSPAV are seeking a hard-working Sales & Support Representative to join our rapidly growing team of associates. This position is for inside support and sales for incoming calls – majority of interactions with customers are over the phone.

As an sales and support representative, you will primarily focus on helping customers with placing orders and or any support they may need before or after the sale. Also, the inside sales and support representative will establish a relationship with the customer for future business. This is handled through answering incoming phone calls.

Minimum Qualifications:

Good verbal and communication skills
Basic computer skills (Including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Motivated to learn
Minimum 18 years of age
Valid Driver License or reliable transportation
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and
Must pass background check
Basic customer relation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer support experience
Previous sales experience

Knowledge and Abilities

Ability to grasp new computer tools, such as Peachtree/Current RMS

Proficient with computers
Ability to work in a team based environment

Salary + ability to make commission.
