Description

L.K. Jordan is currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative for a long-term temp-to-hire position. This candidate will be supporting the Service Department for a manufacturing company located downtown San Antonio. Candidates must have 3 years of experience using Salesforce Lightning Software. Pay starts at $16/hour with hours Monday – Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Qualifications:

• 5 years customer service representative
• 3 years Salesforce software experience
• Client Relationship Management
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great telephone answering service
• Great listening skills
• Great data entry
• Good problem solving
• Good resolving conflict
• Good analyzing information
• Good multi-tasking skills

Requirements:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be able to pass drug test and background check
