We are looking for an experienced, hard-working kitchen manager with a good work attitude and looking for a fantastic opportunity at Santa Panza.

Santa Panza is a local staple, serving wood-fired pizzas and classic Italian fare using local and seasonal ingredients and we are looking for someone to help us grow together.

Responsibilities:
~ Maintaining a positive work environment via effective And professional communication and work ethics
~ Good time management for staff
~ Maintaining Professional standards
~ Working some service on the line
~ Working clean, efficiently, and with respect
~ Ensuring that all dishes are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s Cooking standards
~ Creating specials and helping change menu seasonally.
~ Maintaining a friendly and cheerful demeanor at all times
~ Maintaining food & labor cost

Requirements:
+ Min of 3 year working experience in a professional kitchen in NY
+ Experience with pizza, pasta and general italian cuisine a MAJOR PLUS
+ Knife skills and general knowledge of cooking techniques
+ Friendly, hardworking, team player with a positive attitude
+ Ability to communicate effectively
+ Flexible availability including nights and weekends and holidays
+ Culinary certificate or degree- A PLUS
+ Positive References
+ NYC dept of health card or be willing to get it asap
