Looking to move Upstate but still work in a high volume, high quality kitchen? Scribner’s Catskill Lodge is hiring Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen crew in the Catskills at Prospect.

Full Time and Part Time roles available. Housing, Health Insurance and Vacation Benefits available.

Our restaurant, Prospect serves a playful twist on local cuisine inspired by the rich and diverse offerings of the Hudson Valley. Our dining room has floor to ceiling windows, mountain views and a large circular bar with cast-iron stoves. Just off the bar is a large cedar deck featuring outdoor dining and a fire pit. We harvest the majority of our vegetables and herbs from our garden and source from local farms and purveyors.
