Whittemore House, a boutique hair salon in Manhattan’s West Village, is seeking a receptionist!

The ideal candidate is smart, stylish, and personable with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Receptionists must have strong phone skills and be proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office Systems. Promptness, reliability, and attention to detail are crucial to one’s success in this position as is the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Previous reception or concierge experience in a high-end setting is required. Previous salon experience is strongly preferred, but not necessary. Experience with STX Software is a huge plus!

All candidates must have flexible schedules; Saturday availability is mandatory.
