This is not your average sitting at the front desk type of job. This position requires handling front desk duties as well as assisting with pet care for our guests, and helping out where needed. The perfect candidate should have previous experience in the animal care industry and should enjoy multitasking and being busy all the time. They should also have love of animals, have dog breed knowledge and general animal knowledge. Strong customer service skills are a MUST. Those with experience in a pet grooming salon, vets office, or pet boarding facility are preferred. Please do not apply if you do not have experience in any of the above-mentioned settings.
Applicants must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, excellent phone etiquette, good grammar, and spelling is also important. You should also have a calm and friendly demeanor and a compassionate disposition towards clients and their pets. You must be a team player and be able to work well with others, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
Working at the front desk and assisting customers.
Communicating with our Clients and groomers about pet behaviors and concerns.
Answering phone calls, text messages, and emails in a courteous manner.
Maintaining & updating client information.
Scheduling client appointments and reschedules.
Ensuring the customers had a pleasant experience.
Bring animals to and from the kennels during check-in and check-out times.
Clean up after animals inside and outside of the facility( yes, you will sometimes have to clean poop).
Assisting co-workers when needed.
Routine cleaning throughout the facility, including laundry, mopping, vacuuming and disinfecting.
Other tasks will be assigned by management as needed.
All candidates must be able to lift at least 50lbs, stand for long periods at a time and be comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds.
Must have a reliable form of transportation and have a great work ethic.
Working SATURDAYS and around HOLIDAYS are a MUST
