Servers Wanted For Immediate Hire

Live and work on the beach this summer!
Exclusive private Fire Island community is searching for seasonal full-time servers to add to our team. The season is Now to Mid-September. A minimum of 6 months of serving experience is required. Must be willing to work doubles, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a high volume establishment. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Know the menu and daily specials
Set up server areas
Set up deck and rooms for events or daily dining service
Take orders and serve food to customers
Cocktail service
Deliver checks

Candidates should possess:

Excellent customer service
Knowledge of Micros systems
Ability to follow the rules
Casual fine dining experience is a bonus but willing to train
Ability to multi-task and perform in a high paced environment
Must be 18 years or older
