Service Writer needed for busy automotive shop.

Reputable Family Owned Shop in business for 30 years.

Full-Time Position M-F 8-5:30 and Sat 8-Noon
Holiday Pay
Vacation Pay

Duties include but are not limited to: writing up service work orders, communication with technicians and customers, writing up job quotes, obtain authorizations from customers, ordering parts, prioritizing jobs, completing invoices in computer, processing payments, pulling vehicles in and out of shop, answering phones, handling customer questions and concerns, and working with shop managers.

Must have customer service experience, knowledge of automotive parts, ability to understand technician’s advice of repairs needed, multi-tasking skills needed for high volume shop, experience with online labor guides and online parts ordering, and a good driver’s license.
