We are looking for someone who:

• Has a friendly, energetic, customer-driven personality that is always polite and helpful

• Is able to work flexible hours. Nights and weekends a must.

• Is comfortable talking to clients and maintaining composure in a high volume atmosphere

• Has ability to use critical thinking and utilize your past experience and training to come up with creative solutions to challenging problems.

• Is results oriented and able to meet monthly sales goals

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to sell memberships and deliver great customer service to existing and new customers

• Answering phone calls, setting appointments, greetings members/guests upon arrival.

• Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys

• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights and weekends

• Must have good attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment

• Responsible for maintaining a professional and impeccable clinic for members, guests and employees

• Various duties as assigned by Clinic management

Job Requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate with guests/members on membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures

• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment

• Must be computer literate; experience with scheduling software a plus

• Must have reliable transportation and be consistently dependable for your scheduled shifts
