Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has openings for full-time Utility. While experience is desired, we are willing to train the right candidate.

SUMMARY: Kitchen Utility plays a vital role on the Interlachen Culinary Team by maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, coolers/freezers, kitchen equipment, and utensils.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sets up and operates the automatic dish machine including cleaning all parts of the machine, maintaining appropriate levels of the soap and rinse solutions, and changing out the water at the end of the shift.
• Prepares the pots and pans sinks with the appropriate soap and sanitizer solutions.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and stores tableware.
• Gathers, washes, rinses, and sanitizes all cooking utensils and kitchen equipment and returns them to their proper places.
• Cleans garbage cans with soap and water on a regular basis as well as breaks down and empties boxes.
• Sweeps and mops the kitchen area floors.
• Performs food preparation tasks as needed.

AVAILABILITY: Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Requires occasional bending, lifting, stretching.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

COMPENSATION: Competitive based on experience.
