We are seeking a candidate for the season or longer. The minimum stint is March 2021 through the end of October 2021 or longer.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of experience and have served as a Head Sushi Chef. US or Dutch Passport required. We are a very modern non traditional Asian – Latin restaurant. Presentation skills must be contemporary and innovative.
