Responsibilities

Call Center
Answer phones, make and return calls, schedule appointments, direct clients to nearest location, provide direction to clients

Administrative
Answer phones, schedule appointments, make copies, build client files

Tax Preparation
Complete all tax form in accordance to IRS regulations and policies

Provide Taxpayers with sufficient information and interview taxpayer to ensure tax preparation accuracy

Refer to IRS tax regulations and law materials to determine accuracy and efficiency of taxpayer tax return

Provide and educate tax client with information to assist in future tax planning

Answer tax related questions and review financial records such as income, profit and loss, and other expeditures to determine accurate forms necessary to prepare tax returns

Address and resolve taxpayer complaints

Review and audit tax forms for accuracy and completeness

Requirements

**Completion and enrollment of ATC Icome Tax Tax Preparation Course

Must maintain PTIN via IRS

Must pass criminal background check

Experience preferred but not required

Positions available for English and Spanish Speaking candidates
