Call center interviewers conduct surveys over the telephone using computer-based surveys according to specific guidelines and procedures. Telephone interviewers will never be asked to sell anything. The main responsibility includes interacting with customers after a health care based experience, so all telephone interviewers must be extremely polite and professional at all times while following specific scripts for each call.

Job/Skill Requirements:

Minimum of 18 years of age.
Must read and write English well.
Must type at least 25 wpm.
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
Must have a clear voice and enunciation.
Must be self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude.
Must be honest, responsible and dependable.

We are currently hiring for the following shifts. M-F 11am-7pm. Flexible scheduling available.


$100 sign on bonus paid out as follows:

$100 sign on bonus after 30 days and 100 hours worked.
