Temakase Handroll Bar, is seeking a General Manager to join our company’s team. We currently opened three stores in NYC in under a year and have our Miami location opening up in July. We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated and creative manager to be part of an intimate and close-working team. We are after someone who wants to grow in the service industry, who is hungry and forward-thinking, to work with like-minded managers and restaurant owners. Teamwork is needed, this is a lifestyle job and nothing is beneath you!

-Manage daily and company operations for all NYC locations
-Direct supervision of all employees on a daily basis, ensuring policies and processes are being followed
-Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of front-of-house and back-of-house employees.
-Inventory management
-Scheduling of all FOH and BOH staff
-Approving and correcting timesheets for HR and payroll
-Monitoring labor, food costs, beverage costs, and all things relative to the budget of the P&L.
-Vendor Management
-Must be familiar with 3rd party companies. UberEats, Seamless, etc.
-Knowledge of Toast POS system.
-Be prepared to work the floor, serve guests or do whatever it takes to get the job done.
-Be proactive in reaching our Company goals in sales, service, and appearance; while creating a positive, fun, and productive working environment
-Ensure the safety of our guests and employees through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.
-Experience with marketing and promotions.
-Drive sales growth, control cost management, and maintain profit growth.
-Teamwork, be positive and lead.

-MUST LIVE 30-45mins from MANHATTAN
-A full-time position must be able to work over 40hrs a week.
-2+ years of front-of-house management experience in a full-service restaurant required.
-Must help stay in compliance with the Department of Health
-Must be proficient with computers and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
-Ability to take direction from all levels of management
-Excellent leader with great personal skills.
-Ability to step into any position in any store.
-People Oriented – enjoys working with our guests and employees, possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Growth Oriented – knows that learning and growth are keys to personal and professional success and is willing and able to share learning with others.
-Must be able to meet the position’s physical demands, including standing for extended periods, bending, pulling, pushing, carrying up to 50 pounds, etc.
