Description

High end Showroom for residential and commercial furnishings seeks to hire a Temp to Perm Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service mentality along with a positive and welcoming attitude. Duties will include answering phones and fielding customer questions, processing payments and transactions, order entry, assisting with sample requests, coordinating freight and shipping and providing general office assistance to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 6 months + customer service experience and a knack for numbers. Strong attention to detail is a must! Hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm. While temping the hourly rate will be $17hr. Once perm, the position will be pay a base of $40K plus benefits.
