Jean-Georges is seeking Line Cooks, Pastry Cooks and Dishwashers for his casually chic restaurant at Topping Rose House. **NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS NOT IN NEW YORK CITY, WE ARE IN BRIDGEHAMPTON**

Below is a list of positions we are looking to fill and maximum rate depending on experience:

• Dishwasher/Porter: up to $16/hr
• Line Cook: 1-3 years experience up to $19/hr
• Lead Line Cook: 3-5 years experience up to $22/hr
• Pastry Cook: 3-5 years experience up to $20/hr

– ALL positions are full time, 5 days a week, 40 hours minimum
– ALL must have night/weekend availability
– Paid Overtime Available
– NO HOUSING AVAILABLE, must be local or provide own housing
– Eligible for benefits after 90 days

Responsibilities (these are not all-inclusive):
• Demonstrate and promote the Jean-Georges culture, always positively representing the Company.
• Embrace teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment.
• Properly execute their work functions.
• Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station at all times.

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Must have strong sense of urgency.
• Must be a team player and have strong communication skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
